3-spd Peugeot ID thread (PH18 I think); Alloy rims?; Also, whats the value of a B72?

Hey All,
I'm looking at an old school Peugeot 3-speed:
https://denver.craigslist.org/bik/890367528.html
I found these catalogs and it looks like a PH-18:
https://mysite.verizon.net/vzerndgo/id49.html
I'm not sure what year it is and the catalog isn't clear if the rims are alloy/steel for anything except the '83.

Maybe the color helps ID what year? And does anyone know what years had Rigida rims of which material?

----

Also, looking at an old Sears 3-speed that I think is only worth about $30-40, but for the Brooks B72, which is in really good condition, no cracks, good and shiny looking leather. It's going for about $75, and it has an new 26" CR-18 rim with a 1995 sturmey S3C to replace the original rear wheel.
It looks a lot like this guy: https://velospace.org/files/70_river_sm.jpg.jpg

Wow, a Peugeot with internal gear hub?! Made in England?
EDIT: Whoops, the tires were made in England, not the bike.

I'm not sure, but I think the tires are made in England...The bike is made in France (at least that's what the ad says and logic would dictate).

Don't think it's a '60s model, based on the Carbolite tubing decal. Fun bike for the money though.

Yeah, I think it's 81-83 based on these catalogs. Does anyone know about Peugeot/Rigisa's component changes through the years? The owner thinks the rims are aluminum.

I'll check later...just subscribing right now.

Definitely a mid 80's model with a SA 3-speed.

It appears to be an '84 due to the lighter blue. Rims are 27" alloy Rigidas.

Thanks MiamiJim. I was thinking '84, but in the catalog it looks like a darker blue. I wonder what the widest tires are that I could put on while keeping fenders. I'm probably going to get it to be my winter bike.
