Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

learn to read. It includes four frames: two track, two road, each set having identical paint jobs.

Stash and Futura are graphic artists... while I am fans of both, I think 100,000 for their custom edition stuff is a quite stiff. Plus this isn't their best work.

These have been on eBay before at equally insane prices so I expect them to sell as well now as then.

In his defense, that is the hardest auction in ebay history to read. 4 frames and 2 sets of Gold campy groups. Still crazy. I think they should sell everything separate. I'll take one of the groups for my colnago.

And these wheels.

Holy fricking jesus sign me up. It's like that I-phone app that cost 1000 bucks and all it did was put a picture of a red diamond (is that a ruby whatever) on the phone.. I bet some one buys it, like I hear kanye is into fixed gears.

I remember watching a NOS polka dot Futura Colnago on eBay. I don't remember how much it sold for, but I remember it being a few, as in more than two, grand. I thinks it's a sick frame, despite the simplicity of a polka-dot scheme.

2G seems pretty low. I thought that would be in the 4-5G range?

They are real wood. They are not old stock either. Someone is still making them. They were in one of the cycling mags recently.

I'm thinking of getting these frames. Do you think they can handle hopping curbs?

I wonder how they did the paint job. It looks like the dots are raised. I’m guessing that they painted the frame a base white, then placed some type of brightly colored stickers on the frame and cut out the shapes around the Colnago etc. to make them fit, then clear coated it. Thoughts?

They still are some cool looking frames.

Regardless if those guys are homeless or not (and they do look homeless) Those frames are SICK. I would love to own either one or both of them. They're not $100K sick, but sick nonetheless

I wouldn't ride any of those silly bikes. If I won the lottery I might
buy them just to cut them up and re-weld them into lawn art.
Or make a youtube video of them being compacted into little
bricks of twisted steel.
