big fellas need more pressure. Lighter guys can get away with less. Too little and you get tons of flats. Stay close to what your tires say on the side and don't go over it.

Running 140, but i read that using high pressures results in less grip. Good for skidz though i guess.

High pressures do not result in less grip, in fact quite the opposite.
