1. French bulldog- long term encephaltis case, multiple relpases, currently doing well on immunosuppressant meds
2. Cat- bacterial encephalitis, extension of inner ear infection to the brain, currently back to normal on antibiotics, continue meds for 1 month more
3. Pitbull- long term multi relapse encephalitis case, severe gingival hyperplasia from cyclosporin, need to switch meds, neurologically stable
4. Mini poodle- epileptic currently being treated by someone else for suspect disc disease but I am concerned his unsteady gait is a side effect of one of his three anti-seizure meds
5. Elderly Pomeranian- brain symptoms, no advanced diagnostics due to anesthetic risk (bad heart), improved on symptomatic treatment
6. Pitbull- pinched nerve, long term case, annual recheck for the purpose of prescribing meds, doing well with occasional twinges
one new appointment- Ridgeback with back pain and hind leg weakness
one spinal MRI- Pug, long story, short version is 7 degenerated discs but I'm not sure any of those are actually his problem
one emergency Husky with maybe fulminant myasthenia gravis
one crazy homeless person in the parking lot- police called
one long term epileptic malamute with seizures- going home later
and babysitting a post-op spinal surgery German Shepherd of my colleague's
currently wrapping up my day
then drive home

reading the news,
reading the email,
answering the email,
virtual meetings with my peoples,
editing my peoples's manuscripts,
trying to get people to review other people's manuscripts,
rejecting manuscripts without review,
working with my protocol person and pushing electronic paper
trimming the weeds,
riding the trainer,
and cooking dinner.
As my daughter said when she was very small, "I'm defrosted."

While I would certainly appreciate the thinking that went into designing such a sheet, I think it would leave me with the uneasy feeling that I was always being graded.

Fun question of the day.
I was making adjustments to the front derailer following park tool instructions, and when I got to the part where you shift to put the chain on the inner most chain ring and inner most cog I realized that the shifting stops on the cog before the last one. My shifter has no more clicks, so it seems that my chain is not in sync with my RD?? I feel like this should be an easy fix but I think I am over thinking it. Any suggestions?

By inner, meaning closer to the spokes? If that's the case, I would shift down to the smallest cassette cog, loosen the cable, then hit the same shifter lever that got you there a couple more times, then reattach the cable, and tension it properly.

I think it’s a limit screw issue, where before I thought that the chain was out of sync with the shifter, but the more I am reading that wouldn’t make sense.

Loose (or tight) cable will give you exactly that “out of sync” or “running out of clicks” phenomenon, but make sure it’s not the screw first.

I’ll accept follow-up #6 , but demonstrable and explanatory pathology is strongly mitigating they have to be med-seeking and flip from obsequious to belligerent on you for full credit.

Thanks MoAlpha and LAJ Got it fixed, It was under too much tension like you both said. Put it on the smallest cog backed out the barrel adjuster hit the shifter a few times re tightened and then slowly backed it back out.
Any advice to prevent this?
