45-50 minutes each way. 1:30 - :40 round trip.
Some days I'll get out a little earlier, add some miles and get an hour long ride into work.

At least 2 hours, sometimes 4+. I try to keep it down to around an hour each way in the winter because it is hard for me to keep warm longer when it is really cold and when it is snowy, it is often just hard work making headway. In the summer, if I have the energy, I can ride the whole way, which is 31 miles door-to-door, and depending on wind, that can take 2 or more hours each way.

I used to commute 4 hours(50 miles) a day, 2hrs (25 miles) one way. My new commute is only 15 miles from home, or 30 miles round trip, but UPHILL so about an hour to just over an hour one way. Since I have to be at work at 4am, I haven't felt up to leaving the house at 2:30-3am yet to insure I'm not late so I haven't actually commuted by bike yet.

I used to commute 4 hours(50 miles) a day, 2hrs (25 miles) one way. My new commute is only 15 miles from home, or 30 miles round trip, but UPHILL so about an hour to just over an hour one way. Since I have to be at work at 4am, I haven't felt up to leaving the house at 2:30-3am yet to insure I'm not late so I haven't actually commuted by bike yet.

If I'm working hard, 25+20=45min rt, but usually I'm just cruising so it's more like an hour.

My commute is 18 miles or about 1'20" each way, 2-6 trips per week. But the car takes an hour one way. Summer sees longer rides home, often on dirt.

I ride for an hour before going to work each morning, then about 1-2 hours after work before dinner. Ride to work is to far and hazardous for daily commute, and I often need my vehicle to meet customers or take them out, but I have done it on several occasions.

+1 for the 30 minute one-way commute on every possible day (except I don't ride in any heavy rain, snow, or ice). It's not that I can't handle those conditions, it's that I'm afraid of the cars not seeing me in those conditions, or losing control of their car trying to avoid me.

Occasional bike commuter here looking to do more in time. I work two jobs, and have yet to ride on a day when I must be at both jobs. I think I could make the actual ride... the logistics of it are more challenging than I expected.
When you're commuting on bike to work, how much time per day do you spend riding? I think if I make it up to 90% commuting by bike (including appointments after work, etc). I might be averaging riding for 2.5 hours a day, some days more, some less. Does that seem very unreasonable or pretty average?

actually riding time to work is about 40-45 minutes Straight shot route. I take 10 -15 to change on either end of the day. so about an hour. if I ride longer routes it takes longer.

About 2.5 hours five days a week for a 33.4 mile round trip commute. I had been using an electric assist bike up until recently to make it manageable year round in Chicago, but have mostly gone back to my regular bike to get more of a workout. If I'm not living closer by winter I'll probably go back to the electric bike. I can save up to around 30 minute with the e-assist bike.

Road bike commute - 25 minutes into work, 30 minutes home (slight uphill) - total 55 minutes
commute is about 6.25 miles each way.

Depends on the time of year and whether or not I go directly to work or run errands.
The colder it gets outside the slower I go, even though I feel like I'm working just as hard or harder. Below 50 degrees I lose about 1 mph off my average for every 10 degree temp drop. Also my winter bike is crazy slow with the studded tires.
Directly to work and back home ~16 miles round trip:
Summer - 35 minutes each way = 70 minutes
Winter - 1 hour each way = 120 minutes
In the summer I will often ride the long way to work or run errands at lunch or after work which can add up to an hour or more of saddle time to my regular commute.

2:15 to 2:30/day depending on afternoon wind. I figure that I need an extra half-hour of sleep for every hour I ride. If I don't get that, it wears me down after a few days.
