Not sure if Wahoo allows a download via WiFi. Somebody with a Bolt/Elemnt can try this.

Admittedly, this sentence is not clear but the parenthetical comment seems to state that you need a USB cable to get a RWGPS route onto a Garmin. This is not true.

Stages 6800 left arm. I have wanted one of these for some time, it’s on close out and price was right.

Giro Air Attack helmet. $58 from Excel Sports. (no visor)
A bit heavy relative to my superlight one,
but arguably not any stupider looking, & maybe faster.

As crazy as this may sound.... after finding my Photochromic Cycling/Sunglasses broken on my work bench. I decided to organize my cycling glasses better. I am not sure how the cycling glasses got broke... but I know if they had been stored better (more safely) they wouldn't have been trashed.
My first thought was to make a rack or something. I experimented with a cardboard box. Then I checked Amazon. Two days later this rack showed up on my doorstep.

I know, I know, I've been looking at that too. In fact, right now it's being blown out by Clever Training for like $399, and if one used a discount code there it could be had in the low 300s. I'm so sorely tempted I cannot even tell you, but unfortunately I've got some hubs and spokes to buy to build out the rims I just got in the mail. I just keep reminding myself that power meters are only getting better, and cheaper, and that if I keep training now using heart rate, I can find out exactly what power I'm putting out a little later. But damn, the Stages single-side power meter for Ultegra 6800 is eye-poppingly cheap right now. Let us know how you like it. I'd be curious to hear what you think about it.

New set of metric wrenches.
The kid who used to live next door apparently borrowed mine, saying he'd be "right back", but was gone two minutes later. The kid who used to live next door will never, ever borrow anything again.

Stopped at the bike shop right by my house after a 52 mile bike ride, (so I'm slightly out of it). He had a bunch of clothes on sale, discontinuing his entire clothing selection I bought 4 pairs of Louis Gareanu cycling shorts, marked down from $139 to $20, and a jersey marked down to $20 too. I really didn't need any more cycling clothes, had 10 pairs of shorts, some close to worn out, and I'm not sure how many jerseys.

ArtsCyclery has gift cards at 20% off for a short time each Fall so when the email came through last week I bought a $500 card for $400. Yesterday I ordered a pair of S-Works 6 shoes--$320 with the discounted card. I'd sized them up at a fancy Specialized store recently...

Picked up a pair of Oakley Jawbreakers, all-black frame and photochromic lens, that was on sale at the local Oakley store.

Just ordered the White Industries CLD hubs to pair up with my Chinese carbon rims (rims from light-bicycle.com). I got them in red color.
I also ordered Sapim CX-Sprint spokes for the front wheel, and Sapim Force spokes for the rear. This will be a brutally tough wheelset, but then I'm a brutally heavy cyclist laying down serious mileage, and these need to be durable.

Wahoo Kickr on the way. Will help me get more out of indoor training and help me recover from hip replacement surgery that I had 4 weeks ago.
