Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

We are currently staying in a condo on the Disney property in Orlando surrounded by sniffling kids (and adults), not to mention being travelers from all over the planet. If there is a Florida Coronovirus outbreak, I figure it will be here first. I've never washed my hands so much in my life.

Ick. Take it easy and stay healthy! If you get the sniffles, we’ll quarantine you to A&S.

Please, no, not that. I guess I'll keep it a secret, no matter what!

I have the sniffles, but that's pretty much a continual thing. I need to figure out what the allergy is. I did just return from the Cancun airport yesterday, though I didn't fly. I was in the car with someone who did. Same same, huh?

In my case, right or wrong, I count back a few days and try to remember what I was doing and where I was but it’s an exercise in futility considering how many door handles and surfaces one touches as well as breathing contact with others. Not worth the thought exercise. I just try to be vigilant with my washing and such.

Ugg. I don't feel so great. Hard to say how much from the Shingrix, how much from mrs datlas waking me up at 2:30 and tossing/turning the next few hours, and how much from my fake miles in the cellar. I actually started to feel really nauseated on the Zwift meetup, which was for 90 minutes, about 1 hour into the ride and I bailed at about 75 minutes.

I am sure I will be better soon, but right now not so good. I suppose a little achiness and crumminess is ok if I don't get the stupid shingles.

There was a free live feed of the wimmenz on GCN, I watched it for a few minutes before my Zwift meetup fiasco.

I was surprised that despite the chilly and windy temps, most were NOT wearing leg warmers.

Just in case, what size road bike do you ride?

Asking for a friend.

I've mentioned this before but my wife was zonked on the couch for two days with flu like symptoms. All I experienced was a minor throbbing headache.

Currently bed-ridden. But, it's just a regular cold.

I survived work. We do walk-ins on Saturdays, I had lucky 13 patients. Now going home to rest and hope my pager does not go off too many times.
