I just had to order a substandard organic vapor mask. The one I wanted was only available in small, on amazon Mexico and only in large on amqzon USA

Me and a couple of the boys did the epically social distanced Midsouth Gravel Ride, a 50 mile route. I wasn't feeling so hot this morning, and was on the fence about riding, but the guys assured me that it would be an easier pace. It wasn't, of course, but I eventually came around and felt okay.
Windy as heck and gravel did make for some tough sledding at times, but it was a pretty good ride, overall.

I smoked them for 20 years, at least a pack a day, a lot more when I started drinking. Quitting was difficult, I wanted to drive my truck into a freeway abutment. Instead, I went to a liquor store and bought some chewing tobacco. It was hard to quit that stuff but it seemed easier than quitting smoking.

Probably going to be busy in a couple months, but making predictions in the COVID19 era is full of uncertainty. Stay tuned.

My main hangout was Chief’s, which was off campus and closer to my apartment. $1 for a 16 Oz Iron City in a bottle.

Club #2 was having a short ride that I don't care for so I went to the meet up for club #1, they had 4 rides scheduled. The one I wanted had only 4 other riders, 1 was my tormentor, fast guy who puts the hurt on lots of people. Another was one of the fastest women, a 95 pound climbing demon. A good friend and another club regular filled out the roster.
A 10 mile flat ride to the hills had me gasping to stay with them. I haven't done that type of riding in months, just hauling across the flats. I told them I was having trouble so they backed it off a bit and we chatted it up until the first climb, a little 10% thing where they vanished but waited at the top. After some descending came an 8 mile climb with a way to by-pass 1 mile of the climb which let me stay ahead of them until the top. They let me go on the descent and I stayed ahead until the top of the next climb. Then they obliterated me on the following 5 mile twisty descent but waited at the bottom and we stayed together to the coffee stop where they fast guy bought me coffee and a snack.
I had a great time and I'm glad I sucked it up and went out there.

I’d go there occasionally. I actually left the hospital the night before my valve replacement to have a pint. The bartender I knew there didn’t believe me until I showed her my shaved chest.

Red will be tricky to match. White's gonna be hard to keep white. Aesthetically, I like white. But, I'd probably wimp out and put black on it.

Thanks.
Having a hard time thinking of a nicer birthday present I’ve received. My longtime bartender friend had it commissioned from a photo of Stephen posted on Facebook. It’s probably my favorite of him because it captures his cattitude. “Wut.” It was drawn with three different weighted pencils. Look at the detail in the eyes.

How is that gel cork? Almost bought some, but ended up getting the padded perf tape from a LBS in Miami that will ship it to me.
