Turns out, not so much! For me, anyhow. I'm not sure how much more I have in me, but it's a lot more than I thought it was. It wasn't that I'd peaked and was on the decline. It was that I was fat and lazy and not pushing myself.

Fixed.
Patient: There's something wrong with me. I have pain and don't want to get out of bed.
Dr. W: I have your bloodwork and the graphs say everything is in the normal range. You're good to go!

I always wait for it to aquire GPS when I start the ride. It doesn't say when you restart, but I guess I could wait a few more seconds.

Make sure the Strava app has acquired GPS before clipping in (It says so in a green band at top of screen on the Android version.)
I dunno much about how adaptive battery works either, but it's there...(in the version of Android my phone runs)
ETA:. I never press stop til I'm done riding for the day. Mainly because I always forget to press go again.

Pain usually indicates a problem, however the absence of pain does not indicate the absence of a problem.

Since the pandemic has struck, I, as a recreational cyclist, am being harassed on my favorite road, by yahoos driving the company truck. Always trucks, always company trucks. They like to cross the center line when approaching from the other direction. I suggested to my wife that I put a BRIGHT flasher on my helmet, so all I have to do is look at them and they are blinded for a few seconds. She thought it wouldn't be worth it making those enemies.
I already have a BRIGHT steady headlight that keeps the automobile traffic in check.
It appears to be a reflexive action, as, this morning, a police truck feinted it very briefly.
Who knows, they may be doing it to everybody on a bicycle. But for most of those folks, it's their only means of transportation.

Dalton just took a HARD helmet-to-helmet. Looks like DiNucci is going in. Yes, I had to look that up.

Sorry about your Titans, Velo Vol
It'll be a few hours til we find out if the Steelers will be the lone undefeated team or if the Seahawks will share that honour.

Looks like new episodes of All Rise will have the characters in masks and observing other social distancing. I've been waiting to see how long that would take.
