Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

They also have this, which doesn’t hurt the wallet nearly as much. Gunna try them out tomorrow.

Trying to decide how to spread my cycling activities this week.

Should I do
2/6: 30/15s
2/7: zone 2 3.5-4hrs
2/8: 15 min threshold intervals

or do the 15 min threshold intervals tomorrow. and the 30/15 on the 8th?

Crushing and smoking is the most common way on the streets in PHX. If you see an area with a bunch of cut-in-half boba straws littered about you know someone's been smoking that ****.

I'm under the impression that ingestion is the second most common way to do it, but I dunno really.

notice how almost every celebrity or celebrity's kids who OD end up with fentanyl in their system....it is so dangerous because it gets mixed with everything so can be smoked, ingested, snorted and injected.....unlike in a medical setting there is no control over its dosage..lots of drugs are being sold as one thing but contain fentanyl, some get lucky and some get dead.

If you're a Chiefs fan and choose to watch the game at "The Chemists" house, you do end up dead. The Chemist mixed them up a little cocktail of coke, fentanyl and thc, then decided to sleep for a couple days. I guess the upside is the cops weren't too worried about becoming infected, because those three guys were at about 0 degrees real money, in a well-ventilated back yard.

two handlebar mounted bottle cages or bikepacking bottle bags. alternate drinks between bottles/cans. problem solved. of course consuming two beers while riding may cause other problems.

I put some canned unsweetened coconut milk in her coffee this morning instead of half and half, and did mine as well. And I kinda like it.
