Campy hub bearings

Can anyone conclusively state what size and quantity of balls should be in 93-95 Chorus hubs?

Yes, I could measure what came out of the hub but I had them serviced by an LBS around four years ago and I don't trust that they did it right.

So what is happening that makes you doubt what the shop did? Have you ridden the bike since? Andy

I thought they were 5/32 both front and rear, could be wrong, so I'd double check. What is it doing that makes you think it isn't right, if you rode it for 4 years might have finished it off?

I believe that they used 7/32 balls for the front and 1/4 for the rear.

According to campy's spare parts manuals for 1994 & 1995.

https://www.campagnolo.com/media/fil...994_part_C.pdf

https://www.campagnolo.com/media/fil...995_part_C.pdf

They use FH-RE006 (1/4") on the non-drive side and FH-RE004 (7/32") on the freehub side for the rear.

And if the drawings are accurate 9 and 10 respectively.

Front uses HB-CH002 (3/16") 9 per side. Again if the drawings are accurate. 3/16" doesn't sound right to me. But that's what my search came up with.

Measure what's in there to make sure.
