That makes the clunky and heavy $20 seatpost look pretty good to me.

There was a nearby Open Streets thing happening, both the boy and the girl wanted wheel around. I brought my bike and Strava'd it, of course; that additional 1.86 miles allowed me to overtake @Dan333SP for the third spot on the podium.

Many of the climbs on FulGaz are brutal. Even the 'Easy' routes usually have some killer climbs. The first one that I ever did was in England and though marked 'easy,' had a couple 20+% climbs.

Check out Rouvy, real roads, virtual reality, interval workouts, and " races".
Everything from pancake flat, to oh sh** mountains. In training mode you can adjust how hard it is.
I got permission from my cardiologist to ride the trainer, just no hard intervals yet.

Congrats. Is this still the contusion thing?
Too bad all us old crumbs can’t send our workout EKGs to some automated processing facility in Lahore, that will send us real-time emergency warnings with directions to the nearest participating cath lab.

And keep in mind a 21 inch TV won’t work very well, even at today’s HD. You are so close to the screen that you need the higher definition of a computer monitor. Otherwise you will be looking at the individual pixels.
