Park I-beam multi-tool that includes chain breaker and tire lever and every size wrench needed for full tear down. Rema patch kit, spare tube, mini pump, CO2 inflator and two 20G carts, piece of old tire sidewall for boot, pair of nitrile gloves and a few paper towels in case things get messy. All fits in an underseat medium size bag.

which one?/
1) its front panniers not a small saddle bag , and this time of year 1 of them has rain gear (for me it's a Cycle rain Cape & hat )..
1a) Brompton.. 2 pockets on back of touring bag , They QR off of the O bag..
2) big Karrimor or Carradice , lots of capacity in the main compartment. what you'd put in a under seat small bag I put in the side pockets ...

My typical Saturday ride is 45-60mi all on the road. I occasionally do a supported charity imperial century. My bag fit 1 tube, 2 CO2 carts with valve & tire levers. I carry consumables like food & Nuun tabs in my pockets. Last week, miles from nowhere, I got a small cut in my tire. I thought it was small enough that I could put in a new tube and be on my way (I was not aware of the dollar bill trick). It worked for about 100 yards and the second tube blew resulting in that call I dread making to my wife. Please through the bike rack in the car and pick me up.
So I bought a larger bag that now holds 2 tubes, 3 C02 carts with valve, tire leavers and a nifty multi-tool. There is a little space left. What are you guys carrying in your saddle bags?

Lezyne self stick patch kits include a tire boot. The whole thing is half the size of a credit card and only slightly thicker. I've used these kits for a couple of years. They work. I replace them about once a year although the older patches were still good.

I use a small toolbag with: 2 tubes in a sock, patchkit, 2 irons, the allen wrenches for that bike and (sometimes and for some bikes) a spoke wrench and a small tube of sunscreen. Plus specialized tools for specific bikes (like a wrench for the rear hubs of my fix gears). That covers me for just about everything. (The sock keeps the tubes from getting cut by the tools.)
I also always carry a bunch of one dollar bills. They make excellent tire boots and are completely usable for their intended purpose after you get home. (I've ridden home with 1" slashes, using up to 4 bills. Higher denominations also work,. A $20 got me home once.)

Nothing much different than the usual stuff in my (small) saddle bag. Hand pump, tire levers, spare tube, multi tool, master link, gloves.

Not a saddle bag but a trunk pack. All the usual tire repair parts and pieces plus chain repair. And a mini shop of tools. Except for flats most of the tools have been used to fix bikes of people on the trail with no tools at all. Surprising the most used tool is a 6 inch crescent wrench.
I just dont understand people that ride with nothing at all.

That last big climb was up and back down the west slope of Going to the Sun Road in Glacier National Park, where I spent two nights. Rode up and back down only with foul weather gear, but I did cross it with a full load during my Seattle to Ocean City, NJ trip.
It's not as much as it looks. The left rear pannier has lots of space left for things like groceries. The front panniers also have more capacity. The right rear has some, but it's pretty full because it holds my sleeping bag. I could but that on the front rack but it causes more drag. Since I have the room, I pack it in the pannier.

I carry two tubes, patch kit, (I’ve had days with multiple flats), tire levers, multi tool, shoelaces for any emergency attachments, two small pieces of tire and have a pump attached to the frame.

I carry 2 tubes, tire tools, alcohol wipes. Also I carry a patch kit in addition to tube(s) also a mimi hand pump in addition to CO2's.

Saddle bag
A piece from a worn out tire will cover the slash. I carry spare patch kit glue and a patch kit, a tube, co2 X 2, a valve and a mini pump, levers, mini tool kit and a freewhee removal socket on the touring bike. On the roadie, tube, patch kit, levers, mini tool, co2 and a valve. The patch kit is a must to keep you from walking!

The minimum is a tube, levers, patch kit, ID, and tire boot. I have a mini pump attached to the frame.
On rides where I'm time constrained I'll bring some CO2 also. On longer rides an energy bar and some candy for energy. Sometimes I'll bring a bike multi tool, though it has been years since I needed one unexpectedly.
