Lola Update (Pics!)
Well, here is an update on Lola. Again, my apologies, but I cannot get the pics to upload, so I'll just give you the links.

This is the way the new way that the (second) shop (see below for more details) fixed the positioning of the rack, so that it was not slanted the way it was when the first shop installed it yesterday. The first shop told me that they could not install the rack that I had ordered off of Amazon, and I asked if they had the Civia Bamboo in stock, but they did not, they had the PDW - The Payload in stock, so I went with that one, since it was the rack that I really wanted, anyway.

So, Lola is officially all "kitted up".

Very nice! I dig the light setup. I'm going to look into the "Reelights", and I've been looking st some seatsay lights lately as well...
I think this is the third rack you've mentioned so far; what's to become of the other racks that have been replaced by this one?

Nicely done.
I am seriously liking the concept of the Revolights. Until they are available in a 26" size, they are only a concept in my corner of the 'verse.
I just realized, that you have the Reelights, not the Revolights. That will teach me to try to play on the internet after a twelve hour overnight shift.

Gorgeous ride! Those VO fenders really do pop. Over the last few years I've come to love the more "classic" or "Dutch" style of bikes (Not just for aesthetics, but also for their utility) and have even styled my Schwinn's after them! Love it! (Love the kitty, too)

I also have the Reelights (RL770 kit) on my commuter with a head light and taillight, but no seatstay lights. The lights are always-on without the worries or hassle of recharging or replacing batteries, and is frictionless so nothing ever wears out, and is well worth the $80 and the extra 1.5 lbs. The taillight is easily seen from 100 yards, and a built in capacitor allows the rear light to stay on for a full 4 minutes after the bike comes to a stop.

On a side note, the nice thing about the PDW is that the wooden plate for the rack is replaceable via their website, if it needs it.
