stuck at the work desk right now, but last night I got out for a 20-mile ride down the canal path to New Haven, CT. Had a nice ride within New Haven seeking out historical sites. It was about 40 degrees F.

I got out and had a nice 19 mile ride on the Chacon Creek trail. It takes you all the way to the Rio Grande river. I did notice that there was no barbed wire at the river. The trail is paved and it wasn't busy. The weather was warm at 70 f degrees and sunny when I left the campground.

Took a spin on the MUP to go downtown for a cup of coffee. It rained a bit this morning, but this bike was already dirty and I'm not scared by a little grime. I've had to clean this bike before and it didn't melt.

What a beautiful day. 50°F and barely a wind. Logged 26 miles at a slower than normal pace because there was so much to see with the sun shining. Might go back out later and put a few miles in after I refuel and it gets dark. Gotta take advantage of these rare moments during the winter.

Beautiful sunny day. About 45F and a ~10mph breeze from the north. Don’t have the computer on the bike yet but did about 18 miles. Took one pic. Not too exciting. It’s the grocery store parking lot I ride through to get to the MUP and quieter neighborhoods and head downtown.

A mostly sunny Feb day in Puget Sound region = everyone was out. Hiking trail parking lots past overflow, the animal rescue/petting zoo (nearby) was packed and I was out, too. 42* at 3pm when I got home.

I got out this evening for a very short ride, just so I could ride today. We moved from Laredo, Texas to Canyon Lake yesterday and with the wind the day before I have not been able to ride. I got a five mile ride in this evening. Tomorrow should be better for riding.

Well I got out and rode this morning, early start just as I like but the wind was pretty busy with gusts up to 27 mph so I only rode 10 miles. I was riding into the wind on my way out(very discouraging). On my way back the hills were pretty easy(that busy wind). Hopefully tomorrow there will be no wind.

Beautiful day, nearly 50 degrees.

I got out kind of late today as a friend of mine left camp and I needed to say goodbye. I did get out at 9:50 am and rode 20 miles today. The weather was mostly cloudy, with occasional sunshine. Which kept the temp at about 70 f degrees.

I rode a loop out to Collosal Cave Park and Saguaro National Park, 44 miles and 1,800 of climbing. After a day of rain in town, there's a dusting of snow on the higher 9000' peaks in the distance. Rincon Peak on the right, Mt Mica on the left, both in Saguaro NP.

Got out for a tad over 10 miles this afternoon.
The weather in north central Tx is blustery and forecast to get worse, so I figured I better get a ride while I could.

Unseasonably mild February weather here in southern Québec, so I managed to get three rides in this week, three days in a row: 28 km on Thursday, 32 on Friday and 42 yesterday. The roads were a bit messy, so yesterday was on paved rail trail. All on my new gravel bike, custom Bassi Hog's Back built by my son in his bike shop. A big improvement over my previous gravel bike, a Bombtrack Hook 2 on which I put 32000 km in 5 years. It's being overhauled for a new life at our secondary residence on the Wet Coast.

I was able to go out and ride today. Though I am sick of the hills here I needed to get out and ride. I got a 12 mile ride in today. The temp was 64 f degrees with sunny skies.

I rode again today as I needed to drop my truck off for work at the mechanics so I got a 10 mile ride in. The weather was foggy this morning with occasional mist and the temp at 59 f degrees. So today is the last day in hill country as tomorrow we move on to Padre Island. That looks to be flat riding. I am hoping so.
