I made a stupid mistake (seatpost stuck...)
I had an old seatpost laying around and I wanted to try it. the size matched and it worked just fine but it was kinda beatup and scratched so I sanded>primed>painted and it looked great, but stupid me, paints the entire tube because I cant leave a job unfinished, even though 80% of it will be INSIDE of the seat tube! so now its completely stuck but i can twist it back and forth with effort, but pulling it out of the frame is not going well. what do you suggest? The frame and seat post are both aluminum and the post is a suspension post. thanks

Squirt some lube into the slot as you're twisting and pulling.
If you can twist it, it will eventually come out.
