Speaking of anxiety, My wife has it really bad, and she used to be on medication for it. Medication helped but if she didn’t go to sleep right after she took it, things would get weird. She would all of sudden be wired, and the fights that would get started wouldn’t make any sense. After that happened a couple of times she stopped taking it. I have tried for years to get her to go talk to someone about it but she won’t. I’m hoping the cycling will help her like it has helped me with my own issues.

My wife and I have both been riding the same route* on our trainer and if it's a flat course, I can take her but if you put a few steep hills in or a long grade, she crushes me. It's obvious that I'm too fat for this sport.
