New Freewheel fitted but rear deraileur pulls forward whne i stop peddling
So this has been looked at by 2 bike mechanics. Here is my issue. The free wheel was replaced. When I stop peddling the full cage of the deraileur pulls forward. This causes the chain to go slack on the top right of the cassette. I run a 2 x 10. Does not matter what gear I am in. Also it only happens if I stop peddling and my weight is still on the peddles. It all points still to the free wheel. I even changed the rear mech. Has a new chain. New free hub. In the stand there are no issues with back peddling and the cassette does not move during free wheel. Any suggestions guys? Cassette is a 10 speed shimano and using a sram chain. Never had an issue with this set up before.

Freewheel and FreeHub are two different systems
and you seem to be confusing the terms
From the sounds of it though, I am assuming you have a FreeHub
and the cassette (cogs) have been replaced
And something is going on internally with the FreeHub (ratcheting mechanism)
I find it interesting that the wheel can coast just fine in a stand
but Not when there is weight on the bike.
Hypothesis:
axle damage or flex, when weighted causes Freehub to bind up against hub shell.
(assuming this a non-Shimano hub, where the shell and freehub body are separate pieces)

If you have a 2x10 it is a cassette/freehub. The derailleur cage movement is just another side-effect of friction in the freehub. The fact that weight is a variable points to something besides the freehub alone. Perhaps there is a problem with the axle, bearings or dropouts somehow putting stress on the freehub, with rider weight adding enough extra stress on the assembly to cause the problem to be symptomatic. replacing the derailleur is just throwing things at the problem instead of analyzing it logically.
It's also important when describing a problem to be clear on the timeline, so as to be better aware of possible causes. Did the problem occur only after the "free wheel" change (were the cogs or freehub replaced), was it present before, and did it come on gradually or suddenly?
