This is the type of stuff that hangs in the shop that the power test was developed. Cogan went batty on him, saying it was crap, but it seems to work. Neal does a lot for Sufferfest, though I'm not sure how much of it is actually "his", as it were.
He's Rohan Dennis' coach. Word on the street is he's pretty speedy too.

Again, I'm only one workout in to it, but I think the approach makes a lot of sense. Looking back at some of my TR workouts, the goals were silly on short efforts - way too easy. Well, that's because it was only based on FTP and that's a relative weak spot for me. Actually, according to Sufferfest, FTP is THE weak spot for me.

Waited on hold for 30 min. for someone at the employee benefits help desk to pick up the phone. Not the least bit helpful. Finally hung up and sent an email.

Who was it a couple years ago at TdF -- I think it was Tejay -- had to borrow a teammates bike during the middle of a stage and nearly died on a descent because he didn't realize the teammate had the front brake lever on the right.
That's what I worry about.
(Let's all ignore the fact that I'm not in the TdF, or in Europe, or any place with long descents, nor on a team, and rarely ride with other people, and have never actually been in a situation in which someone needed to ride my bike to finish a stage, or for any other reason.)
Totally valid!

You could be a fill in for others in half of my work meetings, particularly consulting engineers.

I did Nature's Bakery when they sponsored Ms. Patrick, but I went back to Nutri-Grain because of how NB handled their sponsorship commitment.

An hour would suck big time. Hell, I'm not even used to 20 minutes. Maybe that's why my FTP sucks.

Costco until all the figgy flavored ones were uneaten. And I hated having that many in the house because it caused unnecessary snacking.

I bought some Monkey Shoulder blended scotch today. I had it at a party and it was good. Granted, it was during scotch tasting, so I might have been wrong. But I don't think so.
After the Monkey Shoulder comes unnecessary snacking.

My 4th grade Y hoops team is playing at halftime of the CU men's basketball game next month. Playing another 4th grade Y team.
Kids got to pick their numbers this year. What number does my kid pick? 40. Willson Contreras. Brings a tear to my eye.

I rode through rain thrice; once outbound and twice inbound. Time trialing would be my preferred form of racing.
