Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I would be very happy with this. I'm not gonna go looking for a new crank though. Just HTFU with my 40/30 granny

8 PM on Christmas Eve. I could prolly rattle off 11 posts with no responses. But I'm not a Christmas geek. I can wait a few more days.
Tomorrow I begin the long awaited wheel lacing project.

Heading to my aunt's in Gulf Mills. Due to octogenarians being invited, dinner has been turned into a lunch.

Offering number one: I discovered (rediscovered) that my mummy has a walk around feature. It unzips from the bottom, so it can be used like a robe, for standing around the campfire. Or walking out to the kitchen to get a second cup.

2). I'm on the chromebook, attempting to open my Scribd books here. It would be a cryin' shame to ruin my eyesight continuing to read the phone.

A Christmas miracle.

Like getting a bike instead of a chemistry set for Christmas.

I got a chemistry set for Christmas one year.

We did family Christmas last night (really nice, by the way). Strongly considering a ride in the predicted 62° weather. But, I’ve got a loose crank arm on the bike I want to ride and it won’t tighten so I’m going to do exploratory surgery in a few minutes.
