Do you remember what the usual incubation period is? I was at my local on Sunday watching the Phillies game. While I spent much of the time outside, I was inside for periods. The place was really crowded, and there were a lot of young people there. Had minor digestive problems I think both Monday and Tuesday night. Wonder if that's where I got it.

Took the cat to the vet yesterday after procrastinating for a while. Don't have the labs back yet but the bottom line seems to be he is old. He's lost a lot of muscle and can't jump anymore. I hate seeing him like this but I hate facing the inevitable loss of a pet even more. I still think about a dog I lost 40 years ago.
Here he is resting after a difficult day of being poked and prodded.

Probably not. These were all purchased several months ago, so at this point I am afraid it's too late. I will take it on the chin as a life lesson, and move on.

People have offered to bring me groceries since I don’t usually have a lot of stuff in the house for meals. I tend to shop every day for fresh stuff. But I do have enough to get me through breakfast tomorrow morning.

My advice is fluids, tylenol as needed, rest, and snuggle your kitty cat. You will likely feel improvement in 2-3 days. Maybe even sooner.

Sorry to hear it, indy. I went through it a few weeks ago. There were 2 days that really sucked, and then a slow progression to better. My lungs finally feel like they're clear of the lingering crap. I hope you recover quickly.

Just snuck out to the LBS and got a genuine 11s Shimano Ultegra level chain. It was $41.99 plus tax.
If I have time tonight, I will do a side-by-side pictorial of real next to fake for the benefit of the 41. Once you know the differences, it's quite obvious.

I am going to change my chain this evening if I have the energy. I have been reading up that counterfeit Shimano chains are being sold on sites like Amazon and Scam-Bay....and the two 11s chains I have on the pegboard were bought recently from Ebay, so now I am worried I might be putting on a fake.
Fake chains? Sad!

Im looking for 105 shifters. So many on ebay shipping directly from china. Makes me wonder.

Since I put the new cassette chain and chainrings on my cervelo sometimes doesn’t upshift.
it doesn’t sound like it’s skipping, i’ll shift and it takes one or two pedal strokes before it shifts. It never did this before, doesn’t do it every time, maybe 7 out of 10. Anything I can do? I would say it’s between 8-7-6 cogs.

This actually makes a lot of sense. When we put the new crank on the small ring still wanted to eat my frame so they had to put a spacer behind the crank. We never readjusted the derailers.
