Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Thanks that helps a lot. My normal calculated wattage is around 150 watts for training, one hour effort kinda rides. So if its set for 200 then that would make sense that it was harder than my normal one hour pace/exertion level.

That sounds like hell.

We definitely don't want any amateur shovelers here threatening public safety.

If it works for you, that's awesome, but I'd fall on my face after a couple weeks, at most. It's just much more sustainable for me if I'm monitoring my daily intake/burn and then micro-indulging with a beer or treat in the evening (if it'll still keep me under my prescribed daily deficit).

FEAR NOT! I'm still awesome.

I looked it up. I was close it is isoniazid.
How did you get exposed to TB?

I started going positive on skin testing about 20 yrs ago and people kept trying to treat me. Then my daughter converted and they gave us both Quantiferon gold tests, the modern gold standard. I, who had been cared for by a Native American nanny, grown up in lower Manhattan, and trained in inner city hospitals was negative, and suburban private school girl was positive. Go know.

0h, and daughter got a rip-roaring allergic reaction to isoniazid and has been resisting treatment since.

no idea. My mom was a nurse and might have gotten exposure through her. I was a yute and just followed orders from the man.
