Front wheel wiggle
Just did my weekly bike cleanup, just notice that when i wiggle the rim back-and-forth between the brake shoes, there's a slight play about 1.5mm. This is with the QR tightened. May I know is this ok or there's something loosened ?

dismount the wheel, try to wiggle the axle by hand. If you can feel it knocking around its either loose or you have damaged bearings. at that point; since you have no experience with adjusting hubs; which requires corect tools/technique; take it to LBS for hub overhaul.

Tighten the QR slightly tighter and it should disappear as the axle compresses. (assuming conventional cup & cone)
IF it's still smooth & easy turning, you should be good.
OTOH, WHEN is the last time you serviced the bearings?

Lift the front wheel about 6" and let it drop, other than the levers clapping there shouldn't be any sounds but a bounce like a basketball. If there's a clunk in there, the hub probably needs be tightened.

I also recommend taking it to a shop, as there may be other maintenance items that need attention. Also I would recommend you learn about how to check your bike on a regular basis.

Got me man, don't have those wheels. However, "fulcrum racing 7 hub adjustment" came up with a lot of links- https://www.google.com/search?client=...UTF-8&oe=UTF-8

Well, I did not realize it was a sealed bearing type. The two links show you what to check and how to adjust or replace as necessary. We can't tell you what the problem is - you have to investigate yourself. Once you can see and access the bearings look for rust and turn the inner part with your finger to check for smoothness. If the bearing are rough one needs to be very careful in replacing them with the proper part and procedure.
