Based on the picture you posted, it is kind of hard to say ... i guess not, but maybe.

Wait, you make us have to go and search a pic?
But, uh, no. It looks like a regular bike. I'd much prefer the look of a modern aero bike like the Canyon Aeroad. That looks hot and is still available with caliper brakes that look better than discs on a road bike.
The Cannondale website also shows the Supersix Evo with skinwall tires which I'm not a fan of unless it's a lugged steel bike.

Depends on whether you like the look of a bike with straight tubes and minimal aero profile shaping, or if you like the aero thing. Personally, I think a nicely built up SS Evo is about as "good looking" as a bike can get, but it's still just a bike.
As a motorsports fan, it's kinda like the preference for simple, older F1 cars versus a more modern design covered in complex aero appendages.

Personally, I don't understand how some people start threads explicitly about a bike's appearance and don't provide a picture of the bike.

I bought this because I broke my neck in a bicycle accident. After I had C1 & C2 fused I could no longer ride this Supersport. The ergos no longer worked for my limited ROM. The fact that they are both the same paint scheme is purely random. I gave it to my son and bought the Monster S4.

No.
Basso Diamante SV or Cipollini RB1K would be mine, carbon-wise.

To me, Ducati's have no peer in terms of motorcycle art. I stopped riding motorcycles for precisely what happened to you on a bicycle...I just felt like an imminent left turn or pull out would do me in...and am so sorry to learn of you getting hit on a bicycle and badly hurt. A friend of mine I have ridden a thousand miles with in club A-group rides was killed on his bicycle 2 months ago and other friends badly hurt and still recovering.
I know nobody gets out of life of alive and better to burn out than rust out but I all said I prefer cycling to motorcycling...though the latter has no equal when it comes to pure excitement. What greater thrill then reefing on the throttle of a 4V Ducati and trying to keep the front tire down? The sound and rush of acceleration so intoxicating.
I too at my age would struggle with supersport ergonomics...have always preferred a standard with more wind exposure and upright ergos...and don't like feet forward ergos...no doubt we agree there...but too rearward and leaned forward too hard on my neck and wrists...more of a younger man's position of course meant for the track more than the street.
I now in advancing years prefer a French fit on a bicycle. Are you still able to ride a bicycle and if so what do you choose and what kind of fit?

Not even close; its a conservative design. On the other hand, what it lacks in aesthetics it more than makes up for in functionality. It one of the best bikes there is.

A concept is, the guys that design bikes for a living...Cannondale among the best, they know better than the public about what will resonate.
A notable example is....a Tarmac will outsell a Venge perhaps 2 to 1...perhaps more. Many love...I do...the aesthetic of the new SL6 Tarmac...a similar design approach to the EVO. I just bought a new Cervelo R3 for example. I like many here can buy whatever bike I want. I chose the R3. Its elegant and simple like an old 911. Its not a rocketship even though it rolls like one on the road. The bike is wicked fast, has aero cues like the Tarmac and Evo and the R series is the stiffest bike Cervelo ever made with the biggest downtube and BB in the industry. It is a masterpiece.
So people have their tastes. I admit the Madone for example is a compeling design. So is the Venge and a few other aero bikes. But there are more minimalmist and elegant designs out there. To me, Cannondale nailed the EVO just like Specialized the Tarmac and Cervelo the R3/R5.
My counterpoint. Cannondale got it just right even though perhaps not just right for you. Btw, design is the world I come from.
And a final giggle about bikes. Perhaps the great irony is, most pinnacle bikes are way under utilized by their owners. First Venge I rode was owned by a guy ambling along on the road and I caught his wheel and he offered me to ride it after a nice chat discussing the bike. The guy didn't have a FTP of 200 watts. Hellofa nice guy tho that likes bikes. Too many Madones riding along on a MUP at 17 mph where the owner is playing boy racer which is OK but that is the reality. No a Ferrari doesn't have to be ridden at race track speeds to be appreciated. I will share my opinion however about pure race bikes versus more common bikes. Race bikes work better riding fast. That is my experience. I have ridden my R3 slow with slow friends and the bike feels slightly out of sorts or I do but with speed the bike sings. It has made me a better rider at higher speed where the bike gels. Truthfully, when I see a slightly overweight middle aged guy on yet another Madone, I kind of smile and go...yup...just what Trek intended.
