Just when I thought about making a comment about those silly handlebars she went and jumped up on them!

I can imagine many face-plants have been suffered for her to get that far.

Those artistic cyclists are awesome. I love the group routines it is like a fixed gear ballet. I am curious what components they tend to use.

I watch stuff like this, and feel that if figure skating, and ice dancing are Olympic "sports", then certainly there should be something like this or freestyling also.

Fixed gear ballet is no joke, I saw that when I was a kid and wondered why their bikes don't roll away. LOL ahhh... innocent child brain...

I guess at some point they started with a track bike and didn't modify it much. they just flipped the bars and changed the seat.

I think the bars might be custom jobbies. It looks like zero flex when she jumps on them. I could be wrong though. Looks like the fork is mounted backward too. Perhaps the extra stability from the double trail helps a lot.

Also, I kind of feel like this thread should be in the fgfs forum, since that place is a ghost town and this is more related to free style.

Thanks for putting a name to it. I had no clue that this is actually an official UCI sanctioned competition.

Bikes like hers are purpose built. I don't know if the bars are special, but the fork is ultra low or no rake for the same or similar steering response when turned forward or backward. There are also other changes which make circus riding easier, though that doesn't detract from the skill she demonstrates.

Not a single comment about how attractive or fit she is. I am disappointed guys. No rude or lewd comments about she can ride this or I bet she can ride something else.... Is this the Twilight Zone?
