You should check out artistic cycling on you tube There are routines there that will totally blow your mind.

Those artistic cyclists are awesome. I love the group routines it is like a fixed gear ballet. I am curious what components they tend to use.

I watch stuff like this, and feel that if figure skating, and ice dancing are Olympic "sports", then certainly there should be something like this or freestyling also.

I think the bars might be custom jobbies. It looks like zero flex when she jumps on them. I could be wrong though. Looks like the fork is mounted backward too. Perhaps the extra stability from the double trail helps a lot.

Bikes like hers are purpose built. I don't know if the bars are special, but the fork is ultra low or no rake for the same or similar steering response when turned forward or backward. There are also other changes which make circus riding easier, though that doesn't detract from the skill she demonstrates.
