Campy Chorus Ultra 10 Speed Shifter Sticking Question

Hey folks I need some help here,
My left Campy Chorus Ultra 10 Speed Shifter paddle is sticking.
The lever may or may not return on it's own all the way to it's home (left position).
If I pull it back a tad manually it will work fine.
Cables seem okay without slack.
The thumb shifter works fine.

So I could lubricate the shifter internals, but I was unsure what to try with these as I have used WD40 on my Shimano shifters to clean them out.

Thoughts?

Thanks Robert
