I haven't had a flat* in years. Surely because I lug a high volume pump, spare tube, and patches around all the time
I did discover last week that I had been riding without any kind of inflation device for an unknown period of time. I had the hose for my pump but I didn't move the pump itself when I switched handlebar bags. Whoops!
edit: *on the road or MTB trails. There have been times when I have gone out into the garage to find a bike with a flat tire, but I don't count those

The diet hasn’t been as strict as normal during all of this, so I’m probably around 175. I also haven’t bothered checking as often. What I will say is I’m probably heavier and thicker than most of you expect; at every running race I’ve run in the past decade I’m thicker and heavier than anyone finishing around me.
I've gained 15# since November 1. Some because we went on a cruise, some because of my Lupron injections, some from being on vacation in Florida, and now being "sheltered in place." I've set April 1st as a deadline to get going again but this SIP has me eating a lot of crap food.

It's been a couple years since I had a road-side flat (or even needed to use my pump) and those instances were totally my fault (running tubeless but wasn't keeping up maintenance properly [checking fluid levels and consistency]). It's getting close to the point where I'm tempted to throw caution to the wind and ride unprotected. I know that Fate is fickle, though.
I'm dreading the day I get a flat on my mountain bike.
Because it will be deep in the woods, on a hot steamy windless day, next to some standing water teeming with mosquitoes.

That’s one of the reasons I’d love a steel or Ti bike. It would be more of a thing if I did more group rides though.
