Shifting Gears Issue
I recently put on a new KMC 11 chain on my Shimano 105 with 50/34 and a 11/28. I dialed in the H/L/B Screws along with the indexing, however in the 50 it has issues switching between the 21 and 19 sprocket and does not have any issue in 34. If I adjust the indexing any it throws off more sprockets. Thoughts? Thanks in advance for help.

Why did you mess with the adjustment screws? Especially the high and low limits? Change of chain shouldn't require that.
You probably need to go back to square one and set it up like you would for a new install. At least if you have no clue what you are doing.

Make sure the hanger and derailleur are straight. So many weird shifting issues are a result of poor derailleur alignment.

I did a fresh from scratch adjustment and am not an expert but understand how to properly do H-Indexing-L-B Screws.
cassette is roughly 1,500km old but I was pretty rough on it.
i will throw the bike back onto the rack and double check hanger alignment.
