Bianchi Squadra? 1986 I think...

So my son was given a (I think) 1986 Bianchi Squadra to sell by his grandpa. Just trying to verify that it is indeed a 1986 and get an approximate value. Looks like a really nice bike, although it seems there are some branded Bianchi parts on here rather than Campagnolo. Not sure if that affects the value at all. Anyways, any information would be helpful!

We plan to clean it up a bit and then take some better pictures. Here's what it looks like now:

Shimano 600 derailleurs

Bar-end shifters rather than downtube

Gotta love columbus steel

Front wheel, probably stock

Rear wheel, Alex DR13

‘86 would be correct. Formula 2 frames are nice riders. That bike never came with Campi. Ofmega crank, derailleurs, hubs, headset, and the squadra brakes. Other bits seem to be ITM. Are the brake levers replacements too?

$400+/- I think. You can always ask $600 and gauge the offers.

+1, that's the 1986 edition of the Squadra, with some significant changes.

@TwoHeadsBrewing

A bike from Grandpa, no way in H**L it gets sold.

This should be the first of many cool bikes for this kid.

Too big, can't ride it yet, then Dad rides it for now, complete teardown and overhaul with son's hands on help and find another in his size, repeat overhaul drill etc. and ride on.
