Be patient. The day to day stuff on the forum is handled by moderators that are probably all volunteers. It'll take time to get the information to someone that can actually look into what might be the issue.
Realize the demographics and locations of the members here might not be the people that are in your locale if you are not willing to ship.

I would say waiting 3 weeks is patient. I would expect it to be immediate because it should be an auto-change. If its actually a manual change, then maybe it should take 1 day.

I think the OP is asking about why they can't post in the For Sale or Road Bike Marketplace . Their paid subscription has probably taken effect as far as stemming the annoying ad's that all unsubscribed members get.
