Fellow in Portugal is selling a "Luna Cycles" front mech.
It's a copy of the Huret Club etc. design, of which many versions.
Although some of the versions are actually finely made, a great virtue of the design is that it could be made very cheaply.
AND would still work.
Copies are rarely improved versions, and this is no surprise:

Similar look to a Huret front derailleur
Adjusting screws
Casting quality
Overall shape
my guess would be a private label model for the brand indicated, produced
by Huret.
They did this for Schwinn in early production.
