Hey guys I have an offical report: Talked to Mike, the race organizer, and he told me the first race will be Jan. 8th, and it will be the "Ye Elston Knife" route. This route is from 1998, and can be seen on the tour.chicago.il.us website. Reg. is from 8 to 8:30 and the race is at 8:45. Gather at the Ogilvy Train Station (500 W. Madison) and bring $5. There is a flyer floating around that has much more background info, but I am too lazy to type the whole thing out so you will have to wait for an online version to appear.
