you change into your bike clothes and look like a ninja...
Your computer lags a second when you change displays...
You have 2 pairs of socks on and booties over your shoes, but you still can't feel your toes...
You can't wait for it to be 30* again so it'll be warm out...
Instead of looking out for potholes, you look out for ice patches...
Cars actually give you room when they pass you...
You don't see any other bikers...

haha, My cousin told me one time when he was on a very very cold ride that there was a funny ordeal. He was very bundled up. Like VERY bundled up, and he went into a convinence store (forgot the reason) and then they called the cops on him because they thought he was a robber.

On my weekly morning ride before work I pass a few school bus stops. The kids think it is pretty funny seeing this strange person in black tights and balaclava riding by.

I went out to ride last week at around 6:30am and my eyes were tearing dispite my glasses. As the tears hit the lens' they started to freeze, soon I had little icesickles hanging fromt he bottom of my lens'. I quickly came to the conclusion that it was too cold to ride and went home and rode the trainer!

when you biking hard and work up a sweat(how that happens i dont know) and that freezes on you. Hasnt happened to me on the bike, but during a run called the frostbite 7 mile in central park, where it was literally 2 degrees, my sweat had frozen on my clothes and that was the coldest ive ever been.
