Lithium grease -- what to shop for?

Can anyone suggest any specifics on what to look for, in terms of brand, characteristics, applications, etc? Thanks

edit: for a cog, specifically

It doesn't matter. Lithium Grease, PW Grease, Park PolyLube or whatever you get at an autoparts store will work fine.

I feel P B power blaster clear cable and hinge lube is better. It is a clear spray grease that dries clear and does not attract dust. It is a heaver Boeing lube.
