I went for a GC guy and a sprinter and pretty much looked for bargains to round out my squad. I don't think Levi is going to win the Tour, but he's one of the better time-trialing GC guys, so I chose him. Zabel is old, but he has consistently finished high on points in the past. I'm not sure about Pereiro, but I decided to roll the dice with him.

I don't believe so. Once the first rider is on the road, no roster changes.
