Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Put a sock on it

This is what Pcad will be using to protect his haha the next time he rides in sub 20ºF temps. I do realize this is far more info than many of you needed, but I consider this a public service announcement. It's not a pleasant place to experience near-frostbite (as I did Thursday). I discovered that this Apple accessory (available on their website) works well for other purposes too.

One size fits most. They even have colors for gay guys. I use the battleship gray one of course.

Ditto. I have a huge penis as well and this may be too small for me. Are there any other alternatives out there? Is there an XL version?

Sorry - these are for real and no, I don't own one. I don't have anything near pcad's armament to be out in sub freezing to begin with.

You guys are awfully insecure about all this.

Just think of this as another compact crank thread.

Mine's average but my balls are huge. I don't think the sock could securely contain the boys.

Just because your "crank" is compact doesn't mean everyone's is too.

Thank God I'm female!!! Makes like so much simpler.

However, I do put my water bottles in socks to keep them warm in winter and cool in summer.

Do you not own any windex bib tights or something? My Giordanas cover it nicely. After 60 miles this morning in 27F my haha was nice and sweaty. They worked in 17F yesterday morning.
