Supposedly there will be a website called www.monovelo.com up next month and you can purchase one for just under $2k. I'm guessing shipping will be huge, and good luck if you get a flat.

Buddy of mine got to ride one of these after the ceremonies...said it took him about 10mins to get the hang of it...but after that it was easy. Perks of being an olympian.
