Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Next month from Brooks, the new line of extra-natural saddles! It's completely unprocessed! Enjoy the unbridled comfort of sitting on a chunk of raw, dripping cow flesh!

man, that'll kill it for fence-sitting vegans.

but maybe the tickle of cow hair on your inner thigh on those short-shorts days would be nice.....uhhhh...

IMO a beautiful bike is like a beautiful woman -- light, sleek, firm and strong in all the right places, and supple and forgiving in all the right places. Hairy and covered in fur is DEFINITELY not on this list.

This saddle is ugly.

For the record, the leopard spotted section of my San Jose saddle is faux. No red paint necessary.

That would explain my passion for bicycles and pegging.
