Vintage cycling gloves

Does anyone know what brand makes these gloves? Does anyone know a non-ebay source of finding them?

Is this what you are looking for or do you want that specific glove?

Unless your search is brand/item specific I think you can find that style of glove at Nashbar, Performane or I believe Andy Muzi has a stock of 'vintage' gloves in that style at Yellowjersey.org.

I've bought a lot of leather crochet back gloves from various manufacturers over the last 15 years and the nicest by far are the ones sold by Rivendell here. Very soft leather and they last me about two years with many trips through the washing machine.

If you are looking for some crochet back gloves, Nashbar is the place. Nice price too.

Found these at my local bike shop a week ago for a mere $5 and was more than a little thrilled. NOS.

The current crochet gloves from Performance & Nashbar - like the ones above from Harris - have that terrycloth thumb - kinda new-age retro, not really the real thing...

I agree, how you could ever wear a glove without amazes me. When I wear other gloves, I find myself awkwardly looking for a place to wipe my nose, the worst are the leather ones...

Last time I bought those gloves with the Cyclepro logo was in 1982. Same gloves. They really take me back.
