How fast am I?
I'm not really very young but at the same time not old either. My bike is kinda' in the middle of the weight range.
So, this morning I did my usual loop. It's got some hills and also some flat sections and the wind was sorta' swirling. Anyhow I it took me 48 minutes.
So, what do you guys think? Am I fast?

For loops like yours, anything over 40 minutes is slow.
Are you alternating the direction in which you ride the loops? You should as it could help your time as well as reduce knee fatigue.

I rode that loop on a recumbent trike in 47 minutes. Yep, you're slow.
