Late 80's Bianchi Pista..$ Value

I am looking at a late 80's Pista and don't know what year exactly and neither does the seller.
He has a carbon fork on it since it's drilled for a brake but also has the original fork which he says has a Cinelli badged lug.
Comes with Ofmega headset and crank, Miche BB, unknown chain ring..
Has some nicks and scratches and 1 ding the size of a dime in the top tube.

I have been waiting to find a steel lugged track frame in my size and just missed out a nice one on the bay.
This one is local and he's asking $500. Seems high but I don't know so....Opinions?

Cromor tubing equals Eco Pista, so it's not the high-end Reparto Corse Columbus SP model.

$500 is definitely too high. I wouldn't pay that even if it didn't have the ding.

Socal is a really pricey market for bikes... $500 I think is overpriced especially because of the ding. I can see $500 if it were immaculate, but I would price it around $250-$300 maybe even less because of the ding.
