Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Is this a decent bike

I have recently aquired a new/used bike. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if they had ever heard of it, if its decent and what they think of the components. The bike itself is a Alpine Grand Sprint ( shifters on the downtube ), Shimano RX100 components and red mavic Helium rims. The only thing I have changed is the headset ( $20.00 fix ) for better fit, other than that, I have $0.00 in the bike. Any comments, suggestions, etc would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Pics! Well I anticipated this and I did take a few with my phone and emailed them to myself, but for whatever reason, I'm not able to get them to post on these replies.
