Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Dudes....seriously....

My butt bones are sore because ima newb, butt i discovered a trick to get around that while still enjoying a leg shattering workout. No sitting involved, just mount the bike and ride fast....then walk. Once you feel recovered, get back on and do it again. Im proud of myself so if this is common knowledge lemme know so i can stop bragging about it. Im looking forward to my next commute, where a few hours ago i was uncertain my bones would be healed before then....friggen w00t!

Better yet, shift into a higher gear and pedal out of the saddle. Same result, but you get there faster.

What is common knowledge is that saying "W00t" around here is likely to get you banned.

Cool story, bro! You can ditch the seatpost and saddle. Think of the weight savings.

It seems like the perfect compromise. You can ride while recovering from a ride until you do recover completely. In which case you could continue riding normally.
Also a few things, no need to htfu if i can just "smarten the ***** up" instead. Unless the day comes that i have to, in which case i will.
Should i have more posts? what are the benefits of having more posts vs less posts? Should i have waited 5 more years? Lesson learned i guess.
Why do your brains hurt from reading? You know what they say, if you dont use it you lose it. Maybe you should read more or buy some tylenol. Thats all the advice i can give on that subject. Maybe you should start a thread and see if there are other people with that same problem.
Thanks for all the help and support guys

p.s. w00t
