There are a few out there, but I like CTS Climbing I & II. They work well for me.

Thanks, do these work well even if one does not have a power meter?

check out SUFFERFEST, angles I think is what he calls his climbing work out... they are all great

Sufferfest. No power meter or HRM needed. Just a true desire to really suffer. If you do them at the prescribed intensities, you'll really hurt bad. And get better in the process.

I have to say that the Sufferfest intervals are harder than the workouts in most interval session training plans. My favorite killer is 15 + 1 x 1 minute on/off , 110% all the way. Horrible.
