Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Good call VA, found extensive threads: https://forums.roadbikereview.com/bik...-a-241785.html

I'll have to spend some time reading up on them.

I wonder if they'll make Firecrest shaped clones one of these days.

Those are good guts for the 60mm @ $640.:
Novatec Hubs + Sapim CX- RAY spokes + Sapim nipples. 60mm clincher - 1600g/pair

What's questionable after that is the rim itself.
I'd expect they'd need to be checked by your LBS just to make sure there isn't anything wrong
with them so possibly count on paying them a little something on top of the purchase price.

For about $200., you could get a set you could trust a lot more from a local builder (November).
I'd definitely trust their wheelsets while descending at 40+ mph. Just tossing that out there.
