i typically watch any stage race footage that i can depending on my schedule and whatnot. try not to miss any tdf. not sure where to watch any of this online.
make sure you watch the olympics this year.
this thread will probably be moved to pro cycling.

Tour de France July
Tour of Utah. August 7-12
Pro Cycling Challenge (Colorado). August 20 - 26
I assume Giro as well.
All are free from their homepages except Tour de France which is nbcsports.com and it costs like 20$ for 3 weeks coverage.

I recommend the documentary: A Sunday in Hell. Paris Roubaix in the 1970s with Eddy Merckx, Franseco Moser and other top riders of the time.
Several of the alpine Tour de France stages from multiple years.

Versus (now NBCSports) ran a series I believe called "Lance Armstrong: A Look Back", where they replayed some of the notable stages from Lance's TDF wins. They are pretty fun to watch, gotta say.

Paris/Roubaix is awesome. Watched it for the first time last year. It was actually the first bike race I ever watched. Complete pandemonium. Barely under control. Imagine the Superbowl if the fans were allowed on the field. I also like it because it is not a stage race. TdF is OK because it's the big one, but individual stages can be lame. The PR is just a straight shot. No holding back, one day only, winner takes all. No conserving your energy for the next day. Just a mad dash for the finish line...all while dodging crazy people on the side of the road literally running beside you and screaming in your face. Oh, plus about 40 miles of the race is on cobblestone paths. It is a lot of fun to watch.

Old Lance classics, '95 San Sebastian, '96 Liege and Fleche Wallone, '01 Amstel Gold...all of his Tour wins (doped or not, great races). 2010 Flanders and Roubaix, both great wins for Cancellara, just amazing feats of power.
