Arm warmers for summer?
My wife is developing a skin condition caused by too much sun. The obvious solution would to wear long sleeve jerseys but she already has many with short sleeves. I am thinking that arm warmers would work but of couse they get hot. Is there anything that just blocks the sun?

Try Dick's Sporting Goods at Fashion Island. I know this isn't an arm warmer. But buy it anyways and let her wear it around. Maybe she'll try it on a bike ride.

I just bought Craft arm thingys in white from Chainlove for $8.99. I've had cancer and also have a skin condition that COULD turn into T-cell lymphoma. Yah, I'll wear sleeves....GLADLY!

Entirely up to you, but the regular ones breathe just fine.

My wife is super sensitive to the sun and she swears by the Craft Arm Cooler. She says it really works and not only blocks the sun but also keeps the arm cool.

I have the PI sun sleeves. I prefer to put sunscreen. Used them the other day on a 90 degree ride and only lasted 5 miles before I took them off. I use them on cool mornings though.

Another vote for UA heat gear shirt for me. Basically the same price, and no need for any grippers. Plus it wicks your whole upper body pretty nicely.
Regardless of what you get, I suspect white would be the color to purchase. Black coolers (even 'cold black') don't really work as well.

I have a pair of 2XU white UV ones. I wear them when golfing in the afternoon. They do keep you cool and the sun off you. You can wet them and they cool while evaporating.
