No longer an *UBER* Clyde~!

As the title says, I believe I am now in the ranks of being a 'regular' clyde, rather than an 'uber-clyde'.

When I first joined BF, I weighed 378lbs (down from a high of 419lbs). For the last 2-3 months I've been hovering between 302lbs and 307lbs - bouncing back and forth - very frustrating!

Well, for the last ten days now I have been between 296lbs and 298lbs - but the important point is it seems I have finally broken the 300 pound barrier~! While I do hope to continue to shrink, I have not been under 300lbs in over 20+ years.

YAY Me~!!

Nice going Peter. What diet are you doing? Ive been poking around different diets to see if anything suits me as I have stalled at 280lbs. Most seem to be a hybrid of the Atkins diet (low carb).

Again, nice job!!!

That's great! I remember the first time I stepped on the scale and my weight didn't start with a 3. It's a great feeling, good luck on the rest of your journey.

I miss Pizza and Beer~! No more drinking in my life, doesn't mix with meds, one of the changes I do not like.

Yes - both this weekend, and going to Xenia, Ohio on the 28-29th to camp overnight and do an all day ride with others~!

Yuppers~! 2 Metrics, 1 Imperial Century, and my first tour (9 days, 200 miles on the GAP). So much fun~!

No special diet. Just no longer 'grazing', and am trying to eat much less when I do eat, and less Pepsi (gotta have my Pepsi), plus, having swallowing issues is great for a diet!

It's been a long haul, I can tell you~! If you're bored, you can read my beginnings here on BF at https://www.bikeforums.net/showthread...gery-and-More!...

Still here, but on a recumbent trike instead of a 'comfort' bike, and tend to spend most of my time over at BROL (BentRider OnLine) https://www.bentrideronline.com/messa...splay.php?f=13 as it's more active for triking.

Anyhow, thank you all for your kind words~! I am hoping since I am now under the weight limit, to try to find some way to get a new bike, I'm drooling over a Bacchetta Bella ATT - in 'mango' - what better reward could I give myself?

Congrats, that's really quite an accomplishment. Especially with the knee issues etc. An inspiration to us all
