Threshold Levels and Beyond - Methods

I like to ask. What methods from concentration. to energy food or anything. What helps you get to your max HRT in training/riding/racing etc.

What gives you the mindset to help you get to your main threshold and hold it there for a good period?

Thanks

Adderall if you wanna tap into the pharms and take a shortcut or meditation if you have the patience - either option works
