V break spring housing warped

Hello,

I have a problem with the spring housing on my V break. You can clearly tell that the housing has become warped by comparing these 3 pictures:

Broken unscrewed
Broken screwed in
Normal (other side)

I would like some advice on how to remedy this. I think I will have to order a new part, as it's nylon and cant just be pushed back into shape. Can anyone give me some good advice or a link to that part/tutorial on how to change it? Thanks for any help.

Does it affect function? If not forget about it.

It definitely affects function, as I can't use the front brakes because of this. The spring does not get pushed on by the bolt at all - the bolt just goes over the top of it. Do you have a link to the part that I will need to replace?
